I recently read a suggestion by a fellow writer that one of the best ways to get inspired is to explore new creative pathways.  This weekend, I did just that.  From Friday night until 4 pm on Sunday, I was immersed in a monoprint workshop taught by David Bligh, a fun, supportive and incredibly patient teacher, at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.  I’ve just come up for air after playing with images, sharing ideas among a community of artists, and reveling in the ink under my fingertips.  I loved it!

And now that the juices are flowing, I’m excited to get back to my novel!
