The 19th Annual Jamaica Plain Open Studios took place this weekend.  Here is a description of the event from the website:

Looking for a way to spend hours, a day or a whole beautiful autumn weekend browsing art, meeting artists and neighbors and generally having an awesome time?  Well, look no further. Come and check out this year’s Jamaica Plain Open Studios, one of the most neighborhood and family friendly open studios around. We have been introducing audiences and artists to each other and giving people a chance to see behind the canvas for over 19 years.

Below is a glimpse of the “Meadow Collaborative,” a neighborhood show featuring fiber arts, photography, jewelry, and mixed media:
