Domestic violence-related homicides account for close to half of all murders in New Hampshire. This tragic reality has prompted a New Hampshire state representative to suggest that survivors of domestic violence be issued a gun, ammunition and shooting instructions.
And if the abuser decides to buy a bigger gun?
Or manages to get hold of hers first?
What if neither agrees to stand back to back and calmly walk twenty paces before turning to shoot?
